Exoplanet Re-discovery from the CoRoT Space Mission

I studied on a project with the help of an astrophysicist –Dr. René Heller– from the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research. I am researching the lightcurves of a known star called CoRot-12 which hosts exoplanets. We re-discovered the planet using TLS, and its host star. I’ve found the transits of this planet, measured its orbital period, and calculated its distance to the star using Kepler’s Third Law*. You can reach the research paper from here.
